Welcome to the Howard County Public School System Records Request Order Tracker! To access the Order Tracker, please follow the steps below.

Step #1

Input Your Information.

1. You will need your order number and the email address attached to the application to log in.
2. Please be sure you have access to the email address as it will be needed to log in.

Step #2

Click the 'Track Order' button

1. Please note that this will NOT take you directly into the Order Tracker. Instead, you’ll receive an email we can use to log in.

Step #3

Go Back to your Email.

Important

1. Please log into your email and locate the email titled 'Order Tracker Login'.
2. In this email, you will see 'Please follow this link to login.' The word 'login' is a link that will log you into the Order Tracker.
